Horrendous service and treatment

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Sky. My iPhone 17 Pro was supposed to be delivered by DPD on 2nd October, but it was lost by DPD on the same day.

Since then, I’ve spent over 20 hours on the phone to Sky trying to get this resolved, it’s been escalated four times, and I’ve made three formal complaints, yet a month later I still have no update or replacement phone.

As a longtime Sky customer, I would have expected far better service and communication than this. It’s completely unacceptable to leave a customer without resolution for this long.

I have tried every avenue to get the phone I paid for and signed up to, me as the customer has had to try and chase what is skys issue.

Are Sky Mobile just hoping for me to forget I ordered and paid for a phone so the problem goes away?

can anyone please point me in the direction to senior complaints or someone that can actually provide me with case management updates on this?

I have never had a service like this before and I thought better of Sky. Completely lost trust and respect with how they've treated me.

@Rydey88

When you put in a formal complaint and this only needs to be done the once then Sky has at most 8 weeks to resolve this or to issue you with a deadlock letter allowing you to take it further so annoying as this is you will have to wait for Sky and DPD to complete their investigations and then get back to you.

There's no such thing as a senior complaint. Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a 'deadlock letter'.
