Help if possible please
I did a swap a week and half ago i sent my old phone back the day I received the new phone in box provided and tracking back to royal mail seems to be stuck in the royal mail sorting office. Do I contact sky or royal mail over this matter as getting hold of both is impossible. I've still got the tracking deals.

As you have sent it off and can prove this there isn't muck Sky can do so you could try Royal Mail to see what they say.
