Higher bill

Hi I have had my bill come in as it seems I've been charged twice for my phones I did a swap this week but have had the bill for my new phone at £35 and also £34 for my previous phone , can I be advised why this is please

Hi @Chloelan3  until your old phone is received by sky and assessed then you will continue to pay for it. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed. Any overpayment will be returned.

Billing continues for the device you've returned as part of a swap until such him as it has been processed, checked for damage, and its value has been determined.
