Signal and service

Since yesterday I've had no service there for I haven't been receiving calls or texts. I can't use my data... what's going on? I've tried everything

Same for me. Started about 1pm 25th July. My wife has a sky mobile contract but hers is working?!?

shows that a mast in my area isn't working correctly, but how can 2 people sitting next to each other have different results?

No nothing for my area, my son is sky also and his is fine.

So strange. My son's is fine too and no issues reported in my area. I've just got a new phone a few days ago so worried it's my sim rather than the network.

sky support managed to fix it for me. I also got a new phone a few days ago! In the process of transferring mine over, I deactivated my physical sim and deleted my eSIM supposidly.

The lady talked me through activating a new eSIM and it works fine!
