Full signal and 4G but nothing loading or sending

Been having data issues all week. The service checker is showing no issues in my area but data has been very slow when it does work but is not working most the day. 

I have full bars and showing as on 4G but message wont send and nothing loads. 

I am in the south west of England, has anyone else experienced this?
There doesnt seem to be any support from sky as to why this is happening so frequently.

I've also been having the same issues for the last week. If I can get a call to connect, I can usually hear them clearly but I'm told I sound robotic and what they can hear is intermittent and broken. I'm in South Devon area.

Hi Guys, jumping in here with the same problem for the last month. Have followed all steps recommended by sky ai assistant.

If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend following relevant troubleshooting guides and checking your mobile network via Service Status.

 

It'd be good to know how everyone gets on after following and checking those things!

I have tried all troubleshooting that is available. This appears to be a very common problem for alot of people. From going through the troubleshooting it appears to be a APN issue. I have followed the steps in manually setting up the APN for sky mobile. After saving the new setting it automatically reverts back to the previous settings. I have to turn my phone on and off flight mode 10 times a day in order to try and keep a connection. Getting extremely frustrated with this issue now.

Hi 

I've tried a number of troubleshooting tips. 
I need a reliable connection like everybody else on this thread. I have elderly family that need to remain in contact. I don't have time to keep chasing and dealing with signal issues. I need to look at changing provider if the signal is going to be consistently unreliable 😞
