Re: Full signal and 4G but nothing loading or sending
I realise your question was some time ago, but my iPhone keeps switching to 3G and does look like it's struggling at times. It is very slow most of the time. Doesn't help that you have to go and throw a stone at someone's window to get answers to a question. It's like Giffgaff!

Sky and GG both use O2 as a MVNO.
I would guess the area in question just has low strength.

I have full bars and showing as on 4G but message wont send and nothing loads.
I am in the south west of England, has anyone else experienced this?
There doesnt seem to be any support from sky as to why this is happening so frequently.
If your phone was not purchased through Sky, certain devices may experience issues where the Internet connection is disabled following a phone call. This is a device-specific issue, not one that can be addressed by Sky. It is likely caused by the original operator's settings attempting to reactivate the Internet connection, which these settings are incompatible with Sky’s Internet settings. This issue occurs on my Samsung A32 5G, for example.
To resolve this, you can enable then disable Airplane mode after each phone call. This should restore the Internet connection.

Turns out there was a mobile mast issue in the area. It was like it for weeks, still have issues occasionally though 😞

Re: Full signal and 4G but nothing loading or sending
Keeps happening to me aswell . If you have full 4g , I'm on an iPhone i go to settings -> Mobile Service -> Mobile data options -> Data & Voice -> click 3G .
what this does is limit your phone to 3G connectivity which is slower then 4g but in this scenario when it says you have full 4g but not working the 3G tends to work well enough

Re: Full signal and 4G but nothing loading or sending
Thanks for taking the time to reply. I can't do this. My iPhone only has 4G , 5G on and 5G auto. Doesn't seem to make any difference which of those i choose my signal is awful.. I can literally have a shower while waiting for something to load. Getting to the point where I consider a change of provider.
