I received a letter from a debt collection company in June 2021 saying I had bills outstanding for a Sky Mobile account. I have never had a Sky mobile account and so reported this as fraud which the debt collection company were happy with having investigated. I have now done a credit check and there is an outstanding charge on my account from Sky Mobile relating to this fraudulent account and I do not know how to get in touch with Sky Mobile as they will not answer any calls? Anyone have any idea what I should do?
