Hi since the weekend i have been unable to receive incoming calls or texts everything else is working fine, also did a ful lfactory resset to no avail so im stuck cleared the cache etc etc im using a oppo a72

Does any network issues show here for you:

If not you could try ordering a replacement sim incase the one you have is faulty:
