Fraud
I received a two letters in the post, one confirming my mobile account and then another one to say it had been cancelled. I haven't applied for a mobile account with Sky so want to report it and ensure my details have not been compromised.

You need to contact Sky as soon as possible as somehow someone might have got hold of your details if you or someone else has responded to a fake email or phone call:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.
We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
