l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Ordering 'a few' new devices may take longer due to the credit checks required. The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for iPhone 17 devices are likely to be delayed further as this happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

You need to be signed into this link with the same email address you used when placing the orders:

If you use different details then this might explain why they do not all appear on the same account if this is what happens.

I have ordered a New Sim & have not received it. I cannot receive phone calls & cannot phone out. I registered this problem 2 weeks ago.

If you ordered a new sim then you would be paying for another one, a replacement will have the same number as the one you have got so would replace it.

 

If it hasn't turned up then if your address is correct you would need to contact Sky support about this to see what they say.
