Bear in mind that if you are within a minimum term then you cannot cancel.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Caro80  As already advised this is a customer helps customer Community.

The only way the scammers can order the devices is if they've obtained personal details from you.

Did you get a call out of the blue offering huge discounts on your current service?  If so they were the scammers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Caro80

If you are having the same issue then advice can be found here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

The only way they get access is either if you have given your details to someone who called saying they were from Sky when they were not or be responded to a fake email again saying it was from Sky when it wasn't.
