It is a scam as you do not need a new phone so hopefully you gave whoever called no personal and finanical details, if so then your account will be fine. The caller usually wanst you details so they camn place an order for a mobile device via your account so you would be paying for it as per this:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.
We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
