I have two sky sims . I have been daft and ordered a replacement 3GB sim when i had no real need to. Im using my original 2GB sim now as i had realised i dod not need to replace it . Basically i need to cancel a sim with sky mobile how ever getting through to sky and speaking to someone who understands my needs seems very difficult . Either the call fails or the operative does not understand ?

If this sim has not arrived yet then when it arrives do not activate it and then Sky will cancel it after about 31 days, the good news is you will not be charged for it either.

I had activated it so my bad! I need Sky to cancel it
