I have two sky sims . I have been daft and ordered a replacement 3GB sim when i had no real need to. Im using my original 2GB sim now as i had realised i dod not need to replace it . Basically i need to cancel a sim with sky mobile how ever getting through to sky and speaking to someone who understands my needs seems very difficult . Either the call fails or the operative does not understand ?

If this sim has not arrived yet then when it arrives do not activate it and then Sky will cancel it after about 31 days, the good news is you will not be charged for it either.

Hi @45ricj as advised you will have to perserve on the phone, it shouldn't be that difficult for whoever you speak to, "I want to cancel the new sim on my account with number 07** (whatever it is) I ordered it by mistake"
