So we landed in Lanzarote and straight away the wife and the daughters sky mobiles pinged with new network connection, but nothing to my skymobile (and I'm the main contract holder, and the others are my add ons). I have a newish Samsung s23 fe, I have took the sim out, flight mode on and off, tried to resend settings, everything apart from solving world peace. I can't contact sky as I have no signal, tried on the wife's but it just crackles. I'm disabled with a young family and I had to wing it driving from the airport to playa blanca in the pitch black with no sat nav or Internet access as e eryone phones where dead apart from mine. I've never had a problem abroad but this is ridiculous.

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Hi, yes it's set to abroad, roaming on, spend cap isn't low. I can't figure it out. 🤯
