Your services are currently being restricted

Hi, when logging onto Sky.com and then going to "Mobile" I get the error message "Your services are currently being restricted" then "There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions." and "Reinstate my services".
When I click "Reinstate my services" it goes to a new page and says "Your services are up and running". When I return to the first page it goes back to "Your services are currently being restricted", I called Sky and was advised there is nothing wrong with my account and it is all up to date etc. which doesn't help when I still recieve the error message.
I have called a few times and been told to wait and call another day? Unsure how to proceed.
