Your services are currently being restricted
Hi, when logging onto Sky.com and then going to "Mobile" I get the error message "Your services are currently being restricted" then "There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions." and "Reinstate my services".
When I click "Reinstate my services" it goes to a new page and says "Your services are up and running". When I return to the first page it goes back to "Your services are currently being restricted", I called Sky and was advised there is nothing wrong with my account and it is all up to date etc. which doesn't help when I still recieve the error message.
I have called a few times and been told to wait and call another day? Unsure how to proceed.

I take it you are up to date with your billing and that your mobile has not been restricted so that you are only see this when trying to access your online account ?

Yeah everything is by Direct Debit and paid, and when calling Sky they claim "everything is fine at their end". My sky mobile works alongside mobile network etc.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
