I just moved my sim to sky. I choosed physical sim now it's taking time to deliver. Is it possible to change to eSIM now ?

You can't change it to an esim, but you can order an esim via here:

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

When the physical sim turns up do not activate it then it will be cancelled so you will not be charged for it.

You do not get charged for any sim you do not activate.
