2 phone??

I need help? 

I only have one current device iPhone 15. But I am paying for the iPhone 12 still too?! That contract ended ages ago. Can iPhone 12 be deleted from my account!!

Are you sure you are not paying for the sim and not the actual phone ?

Phones are not 'deleted' from your accoun unless they are returned to Sky (as a swap).

 

If you're still paying for the iPhone 12 then there's probably outstanding credit on it.  Device plans are a year longer than many realise, e.g. a Swap24 is actually 3 years.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
