Bought a new SIM card but had to talk to an agent as online purchase kept giving error to do with the Eircode on my account. Now I have the Simcard when Itry to activate it I get an error when asked for my Eircode. Can't get past this step. Looking at other queries this problem seems very common and goes back years but I've found no one who has a resolution without contact from an agent. Very hard to believe Sky haven't sorted this out.

Thanks all. Rang Sky. The automated steps also didn't work but they then referred me to an agent who activated the SIM. 13 mins total so not terrible. Sky really need to resolve the automated flow as there are a lot of people reporting this issue
