No service since yesterday lunchtime

I know the weather is bad at the moment but I have had no signal/ service since around 1pm yesterday (Saturday)  According to Sky there are no issues in my area.I've turned my phone on and off a few times,also turned flight mode on and off as that was suggested.Still no service.

So you can't make calls, send texts or use mobile data ?

Managed to get my daughter to ring Sky yesterday new sim on the way
