Emergency calls only

i have just upgraded to the new S24 FE ,ive followed all the instructions to transfer evrything from my old device to the new one,but i now cant make or recieve any calls at all and can only use my  apps when connected to wifi,can anybody please advise.

Does the sim still work in your old phone ?

sent it back to sky before i realised it wasnt working so i cant check

not showing any issues,could it be a sim card issue??

You could try ordering a replacement sim to see if that helps so if this link doesn't work:

 

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/replacement-sim

 

If you can't then will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at bottom to their sites.

Have you redownloaded the Sky settings to the new phone?
