i have just upgraded to the new S24 FE ,ive followed all the instructions to transfer evrything from my old device to the new one,but i now cant make or recieve any calls at all and can only use my apps when connected to wifi,can anybody please advise.

If you can't then will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at bottom to their sites.
