I have upgraded my mobile and note that it is in the primary account holders name who is my partner.
we are not married, I pay the sky bill from my bank account, it's registered to my email address and phone number.
I need the account in my name for insurance purposes
an this be changed or can my name be added to the account?

Find out moreIt can not be changed but if you are in the cooling off period for it (30 days or less) then you might be able to cancel the upgrase, return the phone so you can then start again as a new customer by placing the order in your name, doing so will see a credit check carried out against you though that you will need to pass. Call Sky on 150 if you want to see if you can do this.
