Hi
I am having a bit of a nightmare with my phone. I have had no problem with the esim for the last 9 months. My phone popped a message to update the Esim and since then there has been no signal at all. I cannot call or send/receive messages and if i revert to my old physical sim it will not work either. I tried to get sent a new esim but as that send a message by text I have failed to get this. I have also tried re-installing the esim but it fails to find sim.
Any ideas on what I can do?
