Not registered on network

Hi

 

I have received my new phone yesterday and it comes with an esim

 

I have followed all of the instructions and managed to transfer everything from old phone and all appears ok, EXCEPT, I cannot make or receive any calls, it keeps coming up with "not registered on network", am pulling my hair out...
