I am currently due a new sim deal and new phone upgrade in a couple of weeks. According to upgrade process my old phone has £0 value, yet I have to return it or incur a £48 charge if not returning or getting upgrade now...

Hi @hazelparker1963 dont upgrade just order a new phone when logged into your account.

@hazelparker1963 You don't have to return it but any remaining balance must be paid off in full
