Device swap

So inhave 4 phones and and ipad.  Evert two year I swap from Christmas presents,  however this year I am having an issue.  I swapped one and when I try the other it tells me I have reached my limit.  So I phoned sky to be told even though it says great news you can swap I actually can't until the first swap is completed ! I can't do this as I needed to two swaps for Xmas gifts.  Then told I could pay one off but then it's still not guaranteed?? Help please 🙏

We're other customers - I don't think we can...

IMHO Sky's swap system is antiquated if you have a number of devices on your account...

@kwain_79yahoo  Skys system allows for upto 5 devices to be active on an account at any one time

there is no way round this unfortunately

Indeed, devices will only drop off once they are returned to Sky.  Thus swapping one of four devices hits the limit of 5 temporarily...
