Sky TV customer for 22 years. 2 years ago 3 mobile contracts taken out for my kids. Sky messed up my account at that stage and never seen 2 of the 3 mobiles on my Sky. Now trying to renew and upgrade but cannot get credit agreements signed. Last Sky advisor gave up after 3 calls and 2.5 hours, using 3 devices to try and find a way. Is there a technical section call can be elevated to as no one can help.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
