My order says in progress coming soon but what does that mean how long will it be

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover is possible).

Hi @Delivery2  coming soon usually means sky are awaiting stock from the supplier (Apple/Samsung etc).
