Problems rearranging delivery
I've just had a message telling me my phone is being delivered today. DPD tracking suggests I can rearrange or organise a collection point but when I try to do this on their website I go round in circles. Has anyone else had this problem and worked out how to resolve it? I've waited so long for the phone I don't want it to go missing now.

I'm not aware of being able to have delivery to a collection point. Devices are delivered to the account address for security reasons.
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

I know what is supposed to happen. When I chase my order with sky they told me the phone was out of stock and would take two weeks for delivery. Then a few day later (ie. Today) I get a message saying delivery is today but I'm not around. Says I can rearrange on DPD website my point is when you try to do this it doesn't let me rearrange. You put parcel details in then it takes you back to the starting website page on DPD.

Hi @LCB2026 that option doesn't work with all parcels, as you have found, they will only deliver to the address on the account at the time specified by them.

Is it Sky or DPD who have told you delivery is today and if it is DPD have they fiven
you the one hour time slot ?

Sky messaged me at 9am then got my slot from dpd shortly after. It's too late now either way so god knows if I'll ever see this phone. My daughter birthday has been and gone to so the whole thing has been a disaster. The website gave now indication the phone wasn't in stock when I ordered it. When I switched to Sky everything was smooth and arrived next day. I was going to upgrade my phone with Sky but will be looking for deals elsewhere after this experience. Phone was ordered 13th April!
