When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales. Did you get such a communication?

The order was sent out on wednesday evening, dpd have royally messed up this delivery they claim it's at my local depot for delivery tomorrow but that's not showing on my tracking, time will tell
