It is saying please enter a valid pac code even though I'm typing the one they've sent me

@Carl+Mulligan Are you transferring from sky to any provider?

If yes you need to give the new provider the code

you can't transfer numbers between sky sims

Are you trying to transfer a number from a different network to your Sky sim, if so have you activated the Sky sim ?
