Sky may still have credit checks to complete it being a weekend. Once it’s on its way you should get two emails, one from Sky, and also one from DPD with details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I already paid deposit there shouldn't be further credit checks.
All I'm asking is your app states delivery next day if I ordered thee device in given time.
Thee time remaining was 11hrs43min.
Will thee device be delivered on Monday?

In case you’re unaware, this is a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. Sky carry out a second more enhanced credit check which probably won't happen over a weekend.

Thank you for informing me I was not aware.
It's not that a person is upset or anything it's just sky doesn't give any info towards this.
Also why would they put an offer like that in then include a deposit then you get no info or delivery or nothing actually.
I can't even track thee order it just says contact is for an update

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTwice I've ordered mobiles from Sky. The first time was for 3 x phones, the second time was 2 devices. I ordered on a weekday and received the devices the next day. It's just possible you will too. Fingers crossed.
