In the UK the courier is DPD.
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
They won't leave it if no reply and may ask the person present for photo I.D. or they take a photo of you holding the parcel.m
