Monthly SIM only bill

I would like to lower my monthly bill. However, the bot keeps informing me to phone the mobile helpline, when I get through I am then informed that there isn't anyone to speak to as all staff are being trained. How can I speak to an agent? Terry

Once training has finished... (I'm afraid as other customers we don't know when this is)

 

However, you can change your monthly plan by logging into your account,

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
