Online order

I made a new application of contract on bill pay iPhone. Everything went on successfully and i signed the contract. Told me to wait as processing was going, payment of first bill went through as well but till now I have not received any email or message of when I will receive my phone. Can anyone here help me explain this situation as this is my first order

As we’re customers here we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ If the order is for a latest model iPhone, delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
