Data not rolling over

I have just tried rolling over 4gb of data across 2 devices and whilst the data has come out of the piggy bank it isn't showing on my plans (and when I turn WiFi off I can't connect to the internet so I know I have no data). I've had the emails to say I've rollled the data over.

Sometimes it can take a little while to appear so don't be tempted to roll it over again as it should catchup in time.

Re: Data not rolling over

Hi @Kentgirl79 - there has been a delay in transferring data from the piggy bank we've been informed, but it should be back up and running in the next few hours. Sorry for the delay.

Thank you
