Credit checks

Hi, I ordered a phone contract last night around 8pm and it said credit check was successful but have had no email of confirmation, and nothing on the sky app so can't track it either?

does anyone know what's going on please?

It may take longer over the weekend. After both credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

If successful, when your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.
