Hi @Neeru your post is a little unclear. If you have an old sim/plan that you no longer want then you can only do this by calling sky on 150. You can only do this penalty free if you are in the 31 day cooling off period or have had the plan more than 12 months. Cancelling a sim/plan would lose that number.
