Calls/messages from debt collectors on a new number

My daughters number is getting calls and texts from debt collectors on her new number. She's 13!! What can I do to stop these. It is driving us both crazy. Please help

As you know it was a debt recovery company I presume you or your daughter answered the call. Did you or another adult get the chance to explain this was a new number allocated to your account? 

Did the caller say which company the default payments were to?
