Credit check

So few days ago i was bought i phone 17 pro max then my credit check is ok and i sky give me mobile but today i want one more but why the credit check was unsuccessfull. Please fix it because i have to buy new one and i afford my monthly payments

As customers here we can't fix this for you and neither can Sky as they have no access to your credit records.

 

Passing a credit check for one order doesn't automatically mean you will pass another a few days later.

i got my contract via email after the initial order one was sent.  still says 'in progress, coming soon'. does this mean it's coming or are they still checking ?

I would say that they are awaiting the stock to come in for your order as they would have told you by now has you failed the credit check for that order.
