Email address required customer service
I have been a sky customer for over 20 years and a mobile customer for over 10. august 2025 we changed 2 contracts for 50gb for £10 per month and was told to phone again NOV/ DEC to change over the other 2 to the same package. Yesterday I phoned and was told that the contracts would be changed over then was cut off.My contract was change but at £20 per month. 5 hours later on numerous calls over 2 days I am still trying to get this sorted. I have been lied to and talked over by your untrained so called customer service agents based I don't know where. excuse after excuse lie after lie I have had enough all I want is to speak to someone who can sort this out. If this is not sorted I have been advised by my solicitor to cancel my whole sky packages for breach of contract and move to another supplier. I will cancel all direct debits with my bank Friday and close my accounts if this is not resolved. Please Please help I am at my wits end dealing with this, as I thought a simple issue but your people in customer service have totally messed up my account and my head

A number of points. Firstly I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting here. We are customers on a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. Secondly Sky do not have an email address for Customer Services as they can't confirm your identity as the account holder.

Threatening to cancel your packages may not work, certainly if you're in a minimum term deal,
I will cancel all direct debits with my bank Friday and close my accounts if this is not resolved.
That is not recommended as it will cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you won't be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.

That's not particularly good advice: ceasing a payment method absolutely doesn't 'cancel a package' or 'close an account'. Debt will inevitably accrue which then makes reaching an actual solution considerably more difficult.
