Contract

I received an email saying my order was cancelled, but I didn't request any kind of cancellation. I don't know why this is happening.

As fellow customers on here not sky support we can't say why with a 100% certainty but it's possible you have failed Skys credit checks 

 

they will be able to confirm this if you call them but can't give you the exact reason as they aren't allowed to, you would need to check your credit file yourself by signing up to a credit agency and check for obvious errors like spelling mistakes

Call Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it so they can take the payment from you.
