How do I contact someone at Sky that can cancel a CCA

Hi 

I returned a new iPad to sky 6 weeks or so ago now and the CCA is still open in my name. 
I have spoken to over 10 people at Sky who all tell me they will sort it and NEVER do. 
I am being charged for a product I don't have and that Sky confirmed nearly a month  ago that they have it back. 
Everytime I call I am passed from one person to the next, having to go through security every time and explain the situation only for them to do nothing. 
Do I need to report to the financial ombudsman at this point? They have promised me it will be resolved, promised me they will stop the charges for a product I don't have and promised me compensation... all of which haven't happened! 
We have so many Sky products but I'm close to cancelling them all I am so angry.

Hi @Tinker19801  i would file a formal complaint, that gives sky 8 weeks to resolve the issue or you can then take it to the regulatory body.
