Hi @Jaybo if you have signed up for a sky mobile sim then they have a 12 month minimum term. After 12 months you can cancel at anytime. Less than 12 months and you would be liable to early termination charges. A phone contract is separate and you can continue that even if you change sim provider.

If you have been paying for the sim for 12 months or more then you can either transfer it to a different network or you could call Sky to cancel it and order a new sim that will have a different number via Sky.
