So, I have received my new S23 handset and I am eligible to claim offer of £100 cashback and galaxy buds, but, I have had nothing to help me claim this offer from sky.
Really need to claim ASAP

i am having the same problem i think sky do this on purpose so we dont bother to claim

This promotion is nothing to do with Sky as is a Samsung one so the image in the post above yours clearly shows what you have to do.
To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
