Hi @LISA1808 you aren't talking to sky CS here, just fellow customers. You could try calling sky on 150 but they may not be able to stop the charge.

@LISA1808 You would have to call sky on 150 and ask the question but as you are responsible for the usage of the phone sky are under no obligation
