Changing mobile voicemail pin

Have forgotten my voicemail pin, everytime I dial 759 it starts by asking me fid the pin. After 3 unsuccessful attempts I get a message that I should receive a text with my new pin but this never happens. Could you please help? Many thanks!

Have you checked that your phone hadn't put the text message in the junk message folder in error ?

I did not know there is a junk SMS folder. Could you please help me locate it?

I can only help you with an iPhone so when in your messages select filters at the top left then you shiuld see it.
