Sky app

I've been trying now for 2 days to upgrade my mobile phone
get right to the end of credit check and up pops the error sign "sorry it's not you it's us"

what is going on?

Hi @David+Summerbell  if that keeps happening then your only option is to call sky on 150 so they can help with your order.
