You can once your first two bills have been paid so once they have you can change this via the MySky app or online here:
https://www.sky.com/mobile-bill
Your first bill after the date change might be different as it could cover a longer date period due to the change.

@Carolyn1980 If you are a new customer you can't change it until two full billing cycles have passed
otherwise follow the instructions on the link below note changes won't take effect until next month

Also @Carolyn1980 bear in mind that the next bill after you change it could be larger as it may cover a longer billing period.
