Change Payment Date

There seems to be an ongoing issue with changing the payment date for my sky mobile bill. Just shows 'unable to process'?

Are you new tio Sky mobile because if you are you can't change the date until your first two bills have been paid.

@villaboy29 Are you a new customer or existing one (of more than 3 months)

 

if the former you can't change it until you have completed two full billing cycles

When is your next bill due to be paid, is it in the next 14 days or less ?

Need to change my sky bill to the 7th October instead of 28th September can you help please

Hi @Mrs+marion+thomps  it will be to late to change it this month as that bill will have been produced now. You would need to change it next month and bear in mind it will make that bill more expensive as it will cover a longer period.
